tabitha & jason: the B I G day!

i grew up with tabitha and jason at church - even went to prom with jason (as friends :)) - so when they asked me to be their wedding photog, I was especially excited.
the evening was a tad too toasty but it was gorgeous and everyone had a fabulous time!
i ESPECIALLY loved getting shots with that wicked cool Mercedes. ;)

i had a BLAST shooting the Xaggerated Factor Fashion Show recently downtown Indy.
the makeup + hair + styles were out of this world FABULOUSO!!!

Hendricks County 4-H Fair Frenzy!

my dear friend-and fellow photog- wendy rose, and i ventured out to the hendricks county 4-h fair recently. we roamed around with our cameras - cramming our faces with as much fried, sugary food as possible, and snapped away!

now, i can't wait to shoot the state fair ... ;)

little did i realize folgers could be SO useful.


and we roamed through a thoroughly muddy field o' deere to enter the fair. {let's just say, both of our shoes were ruined after the trek}


we couldn't wait to sink our teeth into this overpriced puppy.
oh, wendy. WHAT will i do without you, whilst you're off teaching a whole YEAR in S. Korea?? ... ::tear::


this sounded goood, but ice cream sounded better!

senior shoot with Rachel

sweet rachel and i went out to a pretty park in Plainfield recently to take her senior portraits. this was our third attempt at doing this shoot, due to sketchy weather, but this day was perrrfect (lovely light, wahoo!). :)
she's adorable and i simply adored shooting her on that humid july afternoon!

the morning of Sunday, June 29th i was the shadow/photog of the ever-so-lovely feanne {now formerly benge} as she ecstatically became the wife of her love, richard/ricky.
i took over 3,000 photos by the end of the afternoon, and have been feverishly editing them since that day, but couldn't wait to post some by now!
so, here are some of the latest 'n' greatest from her wedding preparatory moments in her Marriott in downtown Indy.
